- Possession of Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Sociology or Guidance and Counselling or any other relevant field from an accredited College/Institute of Higher Learning
2. Medical Doctor
Position: Medical Doctor
Qualifications:
- Must have a Degree of Medicine or Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from an accredited College/University.
- Must be registered by the Medical Council of Tanganyika (MCT).
- Must possess a valid practicing Licence.
3. Physiotherapists
Position: Physiotherapists
Qualifications:
- Possession of a Certificate or Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited College/University.

- Must be registered by Tanzania Optometrists Association (TOA).

Qualifications:
- Holders of Certificate in Nurse Assistants.
- Must be holders of Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE).
5. Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS)
Position: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS)
Qualifications:
- Must have a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Dental Surgery from an accredited College/University.
- Must be registered by the Medical Council of Tanganyika (MCT).
- Must possess a valid practicing Licence.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or at least NVA level 5 in Motor Vehicle Mechanics from an accredited College/Institute of Higher Learning.
- Possession of a teaching qualification will be an added advantage.
7. Instructor/Teacher for Plumbing and Pipe Fitting
Position: Instructor/Teacher for Plumbing and Pipe Fitting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma or at least NVA level 5 in Plumbing and Service Engineering from an accredited College/Institute of Higher Learning.
- Possession of a teaching qualification will be an added advantage.
8. Mathematics Teacher
Position: Mathematics Teacher
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Education from an accredited College/Institute of Higher Learning with specialization in teaching Mathematics subject.
9. English Language Teacher
Position: English Language Teacher
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Education from an accredited College/Institute of Higher Learning with specialization in teaching English Language subject.
