Position: Field Retention Team leader – FiberJob Type: Full-time
Wananchi Cable Tanzania Limited is part of the Wananchi Group and one of the Eastern Africa leading Internet service provider, We are looking for Field Retention Tear Leader-Fiber, Who will work independently to provide professional and focused customer service both internally and externally, He/She will be reporting to Customer Experience Manager-Fiber.
KEY ROLES
- Ensuring the Executives under Manager’s responsibility are present as per assigned location.
- Resolve service issues & account queries on site; or escalate to relevant team for resolution within 2hrs
- Submit weekly & monthly performance reports including VOC, market intelligent and initiatives for improvement, to Country Manager & CE Director
