LOCATION: KARIAKOOCOMPANY: GASPO AUTOMOTIVE LTD
MAIN DUTIES
To provide Administration support to Sales Team
RESPONSIBILITIES;
•Overseeing stock control and liaising with the warehouse and sales Team
•Forecasting stock requirements and risks of shortages.
•Analyzing supply chain data to plan purchases and replenishment.
•Conducting inventory audits.
•Monitoring budgets, prices, and supplier contracts.
•Tracking shipments, delays, and the internal movement of stock.
•Ensures compliance with all tax laws & withholding requirements
•Generate recurring reports
•Attending to all calls and take orders from customers
.Attending all Administration duties at the office
