1. Project Assistant – Zanzibar

• Project: IMaNHC – Improving Maternal and Neonatal Healthcare (AID 012519/01/1)
• Location: Mjini Magharibi, Zanzibar
• Contract Duration: 4 months with possible renewal
• Start Date: February 2025
• Main Responsibilities:
• Assist in financial management and ensure timely implementation of project activities.
• Manage project budget, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and advocacy efforts.
• Oversee logistics, inventory, and procurement processes.
• Support staff training and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Represent CUAMM in meetings and events.
• Eligibility Criteria: 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Health-related fields, Community Development, or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management or administration.
• Proficiency in English and Swahili (both written and spoken).
• Valid driving license and clean traffic record.

• Project: Adolescents and Young People at the Heart: Preventing and Treating HIV in a Stigma-Free Society (AID 012596/02/0)
• Location: Shinyanga Municipal
• Contract Duration: 1 year with possible extension
• Start Date: March 2025
• Main Responsibilities:
• Ensure proper administration, accounting, and financial management of the project.
• Support in financial reporting and prepare donor reports.
• Manage budgets and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, and logistics activities.
• Ensure accurate documentation for training, construction, and vehicle use.
• Assist in preparing quarterly and annual reports.
• Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, or Economics.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project administration, preferably in community activities.
• Proven proficiency in English (oral and written).
