Job Requirements
- Have experience in the same field at least 6 months
- Should know and speak Swahili and English
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Sales and Sales Promotion skills.
2. PROMOTER SUPERVISOR
Job Type: Full-time
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Allocate and supervise promoters for assigned dealer’s shops:
- Manage sale performance (sales out) as target set and merchandising in the responsible area/ accounts.
- Follow up promoter working schedule, daily operation.
- Support promoters in building the relationship with dealers
- Daily check promoters / shops to collect information concerning to competitors, ads. market, dealers …etc.
- Prepare & recommend managers about target / Incentive for promoters.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. A degree is an added advantage.
- 1-2 years of sales experience.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
