Client Activation
- Identify and activate new clients within the assigned territory.
- Ensure proper onboarding and registration of clients.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the branch sales team to ensure seamless customer support.
- Coordinate with the branch sales team (ASS and SRs) to handle pre-orders.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Execute marketing campaigns and activations such as loyalty programs and promotions.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.

Qualifications
- Proven ability to activate and onboard new clients.
- Strong customer handling skills, with a focus on complaint resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Experience in working closely with sales teams to manage pre-orders and client requests.
- Knowledge of executing and tracking marketing campaigns to measure customer engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Swahili.
- Ability to handle various tasks, adapt to new situations, and solve problems as they arise.
