Job role

• Listen to and resolve customers' complaints regarding products or services
• Inform regular customers of new products or services and price changes.
• Call on prospective customers in order to explain company services and to solicit new business.
• Visiting prospective customer location and pitching the products
• Ensure truck functions well, taking care of the truck and doing minor repairs
• Writing daily sales records
• Arrange merchandise and sales promotion displays, or issue sales promotion materials to customers.
• Maintain trucks and food-dispensing equipment and clean inside of machines that dispense food stuff.
• Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
• Establish new market penetrations and new customer recruitment

Qualifications

● Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
● At least 1-2 years of industry sales experience.
● Familiarity with sales systems/software’s.
● Proven experience working in a FMCG industry is an added advantage.
● Ability to drive manual vehicles is an added advantage.
