Job Description
Marua Equipment Limited amongst other things is a supplier of motorcycles in Tanzania, delivering reliable transportation solutions in the country. The company is seeking for 3 Salesperson with the following requirements and responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Education: At least a Diploma in Business related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of motorcycle features and specifications.
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to meet sales targets.
Sales Team Responsibilities
· Engaging with customers to understand their requirements, preferences.
· The sales team should provide detailed demonstrations of motorcycle features and benefits.
· Negotiating terms with customers and address any concern the customer may have.
· Completing the necessary paperwork for the sale, including registration forms and sales contract.
· Updating sales information in the POS system.
· Should Processing payments, whether in cash or receive receipts via other payment methods ( Bank and mobile payment).
· Collecting feedback from customers to improve customer service.
