Job Opportunity: Programme Officer – Gender Inclusion
Rikolto in Tanzania is seeking a Programme Officer - Gender Inclusion to support two key projects: Vijana Kilimo Biashara (VKB) and Joint Programme on Accelerating Progress Towards Rural Women’s Economic Empowerment (JP RWEE). The role focuses on integrating gender-responsive actions, promoting inclusivity, and fostering an equitable approach in project implementation. The officer will work closely with farmers, local partners, and stakeholders to ensure equal benefits for women and men.

Rikolto in Tanzania is seeking a Programme Officer - Gender Inclusion to support two key projects: Vijana Kilimo Biashara (VKB) and the Joint Programme on Accelerating Progress Towards Rural Women’s Economic Empowerment (JP RWEE). These projects focus on promoting sustainable agricultural practices and advancing economic opportunities for youth and women in Singida and Dodoma. The Programme Officer will work with farmers, partners, and stakeholders to integrate gender-responsive actions, build capacity, and ensure inclusivity.
