Qualifications Experience:

Core Responsibilities
- Installation & Configuration: Install and configure new servers (Windows, Unix, Linux), virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, OpenStack), and storage solutions.
- Internal Control & Security: Ensure internal control and apply information security best practices to maintain a controlled and reliable environment.
- Follow change control procedures and ensure SLA fulfillment.
- System Maintenance: Install updates, patches, hot fixes, and tune operating systems and software utilities or applications.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks such as backups.
- Monitoring & Diagnostics: Monitor capacity and performance.
- Diagnose and identify problems affecting service availability or performance.
- Technical Support: Assure technical service for installed equipment.
