keen eye to details strong organizational skills and a solid
understanding of heavy-duty equipment mechanism. The company is located
in Mafinga, with its plant in Mgololo-Mufindi, Tanzania. The project
post is for a full-time position on Mgololo site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Bell logging equipment and wheel loaders.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent education qualification in Heavy equipment mechanic, Plant mechanic, diesel mechanic or any other relevant technical certification.
- Proven experience as a mechanic, specifically with Bell logging, wheel loaders and fork lift equipment.
- Strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to operate heavy machinery is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments.
