FPO’s Responsibilities
❖ Face to face price negotiations for farm produce
❖ Daily price update report
❖ Execute farmers recruitment & profiling in the company database
❖ Develop farmers harvest calendar for three months for various crops
❖ Coordinate farming contracts management options
❖ Conduct a survey on farmers
❖ Ensure consistency and supply of quality farm produce
❖ Support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Publicity activities at farmer level to ensure all activities and EAF contribution on farmer income generation are well known in the community;
❖ Support creation of improved linkages between farmers, cooperatives, public and private service providers and other relevant stakeholders through the development of inclusive business cases;
❖ Conduct other activities as assigned by the management.

Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Agribusiness
  • 3years plus in Farm Field operations and negotiation.
