As a Civil Engineer at LCH BUILDERS, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our civil engineering projects. Your responsibilities will include: Developing comprehensive civil engineering designs and plans that adhere to industry standards and regulations.
Overseeing all aspects of civil engineering projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
Providing on-site guidance and support to construction teams, ensuring efficient and accurate work execution.
Identifying and resolving technical challenges to maintain project timelines and budgets.
Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders for seamless project delivery.

Qualifications:
- Tanzanian citizenship
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in civil engineering design, planning, and buildings and roads projects management
- Strong technical skills in civil engineering principles and practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proven project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
- A passion for construction and a desire to contribute to LCH BUILDERS’ growth
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on civil construction projects in Tanzania e.g. roads, bridges e.t.c
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Project Management tools)
- Flexibility to work anywhere in Tanzania
