SALES MANAGER (GENERAL INSURANCE)
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITY /COMPETENCIES
• Knowledge of business development strategies and processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to promote, negotiate and conclude contracts.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivation, and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• B. Comm./ B. Business Admin (Marketing Option)
• 5years’ experience in similar role
• Experience in using digital marketing & sales tools
• Certification in an insurance-related field
• Project management (desired)
