Job Description
To plan, coordinate, monitor and deliver day to day operations of a team within a unit. To lead and drive the provision of adequate Credit Risk controls across the three main business streams, focusing on risks encountered in the post-credit granting stage of the lending process by ensuring the appropriateness, applicability, consistency, validity, and enforceability of all collateral and confirming that collateral are in legal order and properly housed, to secure assets in order to mitigate credit risks..

Seasoned knowledge, understanding and experience with all standard and non-standard documents and the SOPs that govern the capturing of information onto the Capital Management System. Planning and organising work experience required, with experience supervising others.

General banking experience required, preferably in legal, risk, credit or collateral. Previous data capturing experience preferred. Proficient knowledge, understanding and experience with all standard and non-standard documents and the SOPs that govern the capturing of information onto the Capital Management System. Planning and organising work experience required.
