Kilimanjaro International Leather Industries Company Limited (KLICL) is a joint venture company established by Public Service Social Security Fund (PSSSF) and Prisons Corporation Sole (PCS). KLICL intends to hire qualified, energetic, dynamic and proactive candidates to fill the following positions.Finance Manager
Job type: Full-time
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting or relevant field.
- Registered with NBAA as ACPA (T).
- Master’s in Business Administration (advantageous).
- At least 7 years of experience in finance, with 5 years in senior management.

Duties:
- Maintain updated financial records.
- Control capital and recurrent expenditures.
- Advise the Managing Director on finance matters.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Liaise with other departments for budget preparation.
- Oversee implementation of plans and budgets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
