Job Description
To support the Manager Acquisition with the day-to-day administrative, sales, operational and credit management functions. To ensure that all compliance requirements are met and act as a central office-bound contact point for the client, providing sales and service fulfilment aligned to segment targets.

Required competencies:
Strong Business /sales acumen. Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends. Deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in liability products. Strong Microsoft applications especially MS excel, Power Points presentations and MS WORD skills. Business skills in budgeting, planning and forecast.

Experience Required
Enterprise Banking (Business and commercial clients)

• Business & Commercial Client Banking
• 5-7 years' experience in sales, product mgt, product development or portfolio management within the liabilities segment. In-depth knowledge of competitor solutions and market trends. Understanding of risk management principles related to liability product.
• Experience as an Account Analyst with exposure to lending principles, sales and client servicing. Experience in a back-office Account Support or Customer Service Support role to understand how to interact with the client as well as to process client queries and requests. Experience in Credit or Retail Credit Collections responsible to complete credit applications. Must have relevant intermediary experience in respect of FAIS.
