Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and market expansion by implementing effective sales strategies for fish products.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities both locally and regionally.
- Communicate the benefits of our fish products to clients and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Track and report on sales performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant field for advertised job
- Up to 2 years of previous experience in sales, preferably in the fish or food industry would be advantageous (but not required).
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to lead sales presentations and close deals.
- Analytical abilities, with attention to detail
- Self-driven with the capacity to make well-informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Swahili and English is essential
