KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Growth of retail account numbers at branch level
- Growth of Personal Loans Schemes and Assets
- Deposits Mobilizations activities at branch level
- Submission of weekly call reports on retail sales to Branch Manager.
- Preparation and submission of weekly sales tracker for branch retail sales
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: NOT MORE THAN 5 OF THE MOST TYPICAL
- Recruitment of new customers
- Ensuring the new accounts sourced adhere to KYC and AML guidelines
- Monitoring of Personal loans schemes PAR at branch level.
- Maintain and manage retail client relationship to cross sale and up-sale bank products and services
