Responsibilities and Duties
- Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems and machinery to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Process Optimization: Work closely with the production team to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and reduced downtime.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to enhance equipment reliability and longevity.
- Project Support: Participate in engineering projects, including the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve plant operations.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Certification as a Professional Engineer is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support production demands.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team, and good communication skills.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, and maintenance procedures.
