Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design and Development: Develop, design, and optimize heavy-duty vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, chassis, and electrical systems.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct performance analysis and testing of vehicles to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy-duty vehicles, and provide effective solutions.
- Project Management: Manage engineering projects, from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, testing protocols, and maintenance procedures.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all vehicle designs and modifications comply with relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and sales, to support product development and customer needs.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Certification as a Professional Engineer is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support production demands
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team, and good communication skills.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of vehicle dynamics and systems
