Job Overview

The SNE is responsible for overseeing the Network Operations Center and ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure. Additionally, the SNE leads a team of NOC engineers, monitors network performance, troubleshoots issues, and implements solutions to optimize network efficiency and reliability.

• Lead and manage the Network Operations Center team.
• Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions.
• Ensure network security and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with other teams to optimize network infrastructure.
• Develop and implement network policies and procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and training to NOC engineers.
• Participate in on-call rotations and handle escalated network incidents.
