- Assist in Performing daily functions including payments, recording all cash, check and bank transfer transactions, maintain cash and bank ledgers, monitor cash advances and field expenses and any other related reconciliations.
- Conduct reconciliations of accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records in the company’s accounting system.
- Support audit exercises, month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors
