- Holder of Master’s Degree in one of the following fields; Real Estate or Land Management and Valuation or Construction Economics or equivalent qualifications from recognized institution and must have working experience of at least ten (10) years. Must be registered by a relevant Professional Board.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide inputs in conducting needs assessment of Land acquisition for KMC buildings, commercial properties andCorporation’s houses;
- To provide inputs in formulation and supervise implementation of short- and long- term Real Estate Management programs;
- To provide inputs in establishment of alternative use of KMC Real Estate;
- To supervise management survey of all KMC Properties to establish a benchmark for proper use;
- To supervise enforcement of terms and conditions of lease agreements;
- To supervise preparation/review of Real Estate Management Policy, Manuals and Guidelines;
- To advise on acquisition, rental and maintenance of properties owned by KMC;
SALARY SCALE: KMCS 8
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- All applicants must be Public Servants of Tanzania
