- Keen in ensuring the processes and procedures are available and well adhered to
- Passionate in seeing a well taken care of fleet (clean, well repaired, always available & dependable)
- You go to sleep at night dreaming about continuous improvements on your role

What you’ll do
- Be accountable for the people, fleet, vehicle workshop, and daily operations of the transport team
- Ensure all the students & staff buses arrive on time daily and any incidents are resolve promptly
- Work with all Head Office & Academic teams to organise their transport needs
- Ensure the fuel consumption is as per the KPIs
- Plan for students & staff routes ensuring their safety is prioritised always
What we’re looking for
- Minimum a Diploma in Logistics, transport related fields. A degree is advantageous.
- Experience of not less than 3 years in leadership role managing a Fleet of more than 30 cars
- Must be computer literate (Ms Office), have knowledge or worked on fleet management softwares,
vehicle tracking softwares and competent in written & spoken English & Swahili languages.
- Work ethics: Punctual, detailed, able to self-manage, positively take constructive feedback, great at
team work and have a spirit of volunteership and care for children
