Environment
- Understanding of environmental regulations such as occupational health and safety standards (e.g., OSHA regulations)
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate hazards in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of industrial hygiene principles, including exposure monitoring, ventilation systems, and personal protective equipment (PPE) selection.

MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate in related field.
- Knowledge of designing equipment used in pharmaceutical production, such as reactors, mixers, compressors, and packaging machines.
- Skills in optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure product quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks), understanding of mechanical principles, and the ability to design and analyze mechanical systems are crucial.
