POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background is sales and marketing within the logistic industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifying new sales and marketing channels as well as finding the best solutions to promote the company
- Sourcing and sharing information about competitor products for market research
- Maintaining customer relations by making regular visits, understanding their needs and anticipating new sales and marketing opportunities
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising across retail outlets
- Guide in recruiting, training and managing brand ambassadors to meet sales and marketing objectives.
- Formulate sales policy, practices and procedures. Come up with business plans, purpose design and implement marketing procedure that will expand the company’s customer base.
- To present and articulate the technical aspects of a solution to a client as required
- Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, E-mail marketing and social media.
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials and content for marketing purposes.
- Analyze market trends and customer insight to optimize marketing

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor degree in Marketing/Sales , Business Administration or related field
- 2-3 years’ Experience within logistics industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent proposal and report writing
- Good negotiation skills and strategic prospecting
- Computer literacy
- Good analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
