For Disposal Of Assets at Rijkzwaan
Tender No. Rz/Q-Sem/003/2024 Rijk Zwaan intends to dispose four Vehicles, motorcycle, machines, spare parts, electrical materials, irrigation materialsand general materialsforthe year 2024. The bellow listed assets are disposed on “as is, where is” basis and the procuring entity shall have no further liability after sale.

Tender No. Rz/Q-Sem/003/2024 Rijk Zwaan intends to dispose four Vehicles, motorcycle, machines, spare parts, electrical materials, irrigation materialsand general materialsforthe year 2024. The bellow listed assets are disposed on “as is, where is” basis and the procuring entity shall have no further liability after sale.
Rijk Zwaan invites sealed Tenders for the purchase of below mentioned vehicles and materials
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB)and is open to all tenderers.

Tenderers are required to inspect the vehicles and other materials at Rijk Zwaan Q-Sem Ltd office, Malalua station – Chekereni (Old Moshi/Nelson Mandela Road Arusha) from Wednesday, the 8th of May,2024 up to Tuesday, the 14th of May,2024 from 10:00am up to 2:00 pm except weekends and public holidays. And at our Q-sem I farm, Chama Tengeru as you are heading to Kigongoni lodge for bidders that will be interested with tractors as stated above for lot No.1 and 2, starting from 9:00am to 12:30pm the same date.

All interested bidders for the purchase of vehicles and tractors for Lot No.l, 2,3 and A shall be required to submit Bid security 2% of bid amount inform of bank guarantee. Tender shall be valid for the period of A5 calendar days.
The highest successfully bidder will be required to pay 100% of the amount quoted forthe specific vehicle and other materials under each lot within A8 hours from the date of receiving award letter. Award letter will be issued to highest successfully bidder within 7days from the date of Intention to award letter.
All tenders in one original plus one copy, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the following address; Rijk Zwaan Q-Sem Ltd, procurement office, Malalua Station- Old Moshi/Nelson Mandela Road, P. 0. Box 12345 Arusha, before or on Friday the 17th of May, 2024 at 11:00am. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening.
Late tenders, portion of tenders, tenders not received, tenders not opened and not read out in public at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
