CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the project team and track project scope and time is adhered as required.
- Develop and manage full-scale, project plans and associated reports and communications.
- Manage project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in
- collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct project post-mortems to highlights the elements which made the project successful or unsuccessful and provide recommendations.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path and address them accordingly.
- Manage the allocated budget and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
