The School of St Jude is a pioneering leader in charitable education within Africa. Every year we give 1,800 students with free, quality education, 100’s of graduates with access to higher education and provide more than 20,000 government school students with quality teachers. St Jude’s is funded by generous supporters from around the world who make our mission of giving bright, poor Tanzanian students a free, quality education possible.

What you’ll do
- Contribute to the design and implementation of a longitudinal social impact study, evaluating the success of our educational initiatives.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to collect, record, and analyze data, driving continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, facilitating community engagement in impact assessment activities.
- Draft communication materials to share our impact with stakeholders, including reports, case studies, and social media content.
- Support the development and monitoring of strategic plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with our mission and goals.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, education, international development).
- Experience in social impact assessment or monitoring and evaluation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- A proactive and self-motivated individual with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
