The key purpose of this role is to perform optimization/modification of process control systems.
Key outputs and Responsibilities:
- Manage, Design, co-ordinate and implement the installations of new process control systems within Brewing, Utilities and Packaging.
- Ensure sustainable integrity and stability of the Control and Automation infrastructure and proactively recommend best practices within the Control and Automation Arena.
- Support and develop staff.
- Support the achievement of the Company’s strategic goals and manufacturing goals
- Keeping abreast with technology in the control and automation space
- Adapt to on-going changes in control and automation software
- Increase customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements:
- Technician Diploma in Control & Automation/Instrumentation, Electrical & Electronics or equivalent technical Diploma, NCC Control & Instrumentation
- Minimum of 3 years Control & Automation/Instrumentation technician experience or 5 years NCC Control & Instrumentation
- Competency on Instrumentation, VSDs, PLCs, RSBatch, InTouch, Fieldbus Networks (Asi, Profibus, Ethernet) and InSQL Knowledge of OHS act, NOSA
