We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Industrial Cleaning Service Supervisor to join our team. This pivotal role requires a dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional cleaning services in industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial cleaning processes, team leadership, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
· Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
· Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards.
Added Advantages:
· Formal training in occupational health and safety.
· Experience in or knowledge of soap making, including the creation of cleaning detergents specifically tailored to industrial needs.

staff, ensuring all industrial cleaning tasks are performed efficiently
and to the highest standards.
· Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures, adapting them to meet the specific needs of our industrial clients.
· Conduct regular training sessions for cleaning staff on best practices, new cleaning technologies, and safety protocols.
· Monitor the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely restocking and maintenance.
· Perform regular quality control inspections to ensure the cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met.
· Foster a culture of safety within the team, implementing and overseeing adherence to occupational health and safety guidelines.
· Liaise with clients to understand their cleaning requirements, provide quotations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
