Job Description:
We
are seeking an experienced Industrial Chemical Engineer to join our
team. This role involves developing and optimizing chemical processes
tailored to the needs of our manufacturing clients, ensuring product
quality, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and
environmental compliance. You will work closely with both our clients
and our R&D team to deliver customized chemical solutions that
enhance operational efficiency and product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and optimize processes for the sourcing of chemical solutions, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards.
· Provide technical support and expertise to clients, helping to solve complex chemical-related challenges.
· Manage projects from concept through to commercialization, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
· Conduct risk assessments and ensure all processes comply with safety and environmental regulations.
· Work closely with supply chain and procurement to ensure the timely and cost-effective sourcing of raw materials.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
· Experience in chemical engineering within a manufacturing or chemical supply environment.
· Strong knowledge of chemical properties, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
· Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) is highly desirable.
· Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
· Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
· Experience in chemical engineering within a manufacturing or chemical supply environment.
