Key Responsibilities:
- Follow the daily call schedule to visit outlets, professionally attired and on time.
- Load and offload products from sales trucks at each outlet as part of inventory management.
- Utilize the Flit ecommerce app for efficient tracking and processing of sales activities.
- Build rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.
- Conduct stock assessments, suggest orders to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Process sales transactions and complete all outlet visit-related administrative work via mobile device.
- Validate and confirm order details with customers, addressing any concerns.
- Gather data on sales activities to aid in continuous performance improvement.
Daily Routine:
- Start the day by loading the sales truck with products for delivery.
- Use the Flit ecommerce app to check into outlets and manage sales visits.
- Engage with customers to understand their feedback and enhance service delivery.
- Identify sales opportunities, recommend restocking orders, and handle sales objections.
- Finalize sales, capture orders on the mobile device, and address non-order situations.
- Offload the necessary products at each outlet and ensure they are appropriately stocked.
- Thank customers, provide information on the next visit, and offload any returns or empties.
- Review the day’s outcomes to optimize future sales strategies.
- Achievement of daily and monthly sales targets.
- Customer engagement levels and overall satisfaction.
- Administrative task completion accuracy and efficiency.
- Receive coaching from experienced team members.
- Get equipped with sales materials and tools for success.
- Undergo training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and Flit app usage.
