Sales & Marketing Representatives
Position:
Sales & Marketing Representatives
Duty Station: Mbeya, Njombe, Iringa & Dodoma
Reporting to; Factory Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Mbeya, Tanzania

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Should be active and able to manage all sells & marketing activities
· Coordinate orders from all customers in the market
· Ensure smooth distribution of products to all sells points
· Bring new customers as per the target
· Gather & report market intelligence on customer’s trends & competition set target
· Recruit, train, coach and nurture the high perfuming team to achieve set targets
· Be the voice of the customers in all strategic meetings
· Ensure our values are embedded in every interaction with our customers
· Manage proper adoption and use of all systems, process, and technology that influences the buyers experience including website and digital presence
· All time and accurate daily reports submission
· Come up with ideas for improvements
· Attend to any other responsibility assigned by your leader

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Experience - Fresh Candidates
Education Level - Certificate or Diploma
Qualifications – Certificate or Diploma in Sales and Marketing, and any other related fields.
Software - Microsoft Office Package
Age - 23- 30 years
Skills - able to interact with Customers and Achieve Sales Targets
Ability To - Learn and Work Under Minimum Supervision

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT AND CLIENT RELATIONSHIP
To be familiar with workings of A to Z and maintain effective relationships with all stake holders and staff at all levels

SALES ADMINISTRATION AND REPORTING
1. To report sales of our products on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis and to review and monitor the reports of sales officers and sale promoters for timeless and accuracy
2. Maintain regular contract with the Accounting function to ensure the consistent availability of reliable and accurate sales reports
3. Keeps the product development function fully aware of any technical performance issues and potential improvements relating to the product
4. To ensure that the appropriate contracts with dealers are in place and that all relevant contract details are properly recorded

MARKETING INTELLIGENCE
1. To understand, collate, analyze and report all data relevant to a complete understanding of the market (actual and potential) for the products under his responsibility

REPORTING
Reporting will be directly to the Factory Manager and Director.

TERMS OF SERVICES
The successful candidates will be engaged on a specified period of time contract

REMUNERATION
Attractive package will be offered to the right candidate’s commeasure with qualifications.
