DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Holder of Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration Business Administration or equivalent and related qualifications.
- Professional certifications will be an added advantage.
- Computer literacy in MS Office, Word Processing, Spreadsheet, Data Base and other packages.
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication Skills (both in Kiswahili and English).
- Knowledge and experience in Islamic banking will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong communication (writing and presentation) in English and Kiswahili
- Able to work independently, effectively, efficiently in fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Flexibility to work anywhere.
- Age limit of not more than thirty-five (35) years as at the date of this advert.
