The company has been operating for 8 years and is now looking for a dynamic production manager to achieve it growth goals. The company is located in Mafinga, Tanzania and the project post is for a full-time position on site.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Officer to join our team. He/she will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality standards across our organization. This role involves ensuring processes are being implemented, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.It requires strong leadership to train people to follow company procedures and establish processes.

- Inspection and testing – inspect products and processes to meet norms and compliance
- Documentation and recording – maintain detailed records, identify issues and propose corrective actions
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols to maintain consistent quality standards throughout the production or manufacturing process.
