Requirements:
- Graduate (Diploma or equivalent in any Field)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili (written and verbal).
- Very good Computer skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
- Knowledge or interest in sports and betting is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is an advantage.
- Team Player with a positive “can do” attitude
- Ability to learn and adapt in a fast and dynamic, multinational, multilingual and
- multicultural environment;
- Must be able to work 24/7 on shifts and weekends/holidays as scheduled.
