Key Responsibilities:
- The facilitator will be responsible in foreseeing an implementing health and nutrition activities at community level in collaboration with government and other partners. He/she will be responsible for monitoring, documentation of success stories, report writing and integrating all TPs in the AP for the well-being of children.
