HAKUNA MATATA BOOKINGS LIMITED a limited liability company incorporated in Tanzania under the Companies Act, Chapter 212 of the Laws of Tanzania and having its registered offices within the City of Arusha, we are currently looking to fill the position of Receptionist (1) at our Manyara Best View Lodge – Manyara.
Experience
Requirements Education:
• College diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or hospitality is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
Remuneration – Dependent on experience with live in benefits
Deadline 13th February, 2024.

- The Receptionist will serve as the initial point of contact for guests/clients, providing outstanding customer service and administrative support.
- The ideal candidate should have Previous experience at a reputable high-end property, would be a great addition, Administrative and front office coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in proficient English.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively, proficiency in Microsoft office and familiarity with standard office software.
- Approachable and customer-orientated with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable with working both independently and as part of a team.
- Detailed Oriented mindset with a knack for creative problem solving.
