REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – PROVISION OF WASTE MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR MAIN LOGISTICS CONTRACTOR FOR EACOP

E.A.L.S Limited Tanzania as the Main Logistics Contractor for the EACOP Project, invites experienced and reputable organisations to express their interest in providing waste management services to the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) project.
The EACOP project involves the construction and operation of a buried, cross-border pipeline to transport crude oil from the Lake Albert area in Uganda to the eastern coast of Tanzania for export to international markets. The pipeline will run from Kabaale in Hoima District, Uganda, to Chongoleani, Tanga Region in Tanzania. The length of the pipeline is 1,443 km, of which 1,147 km will be in Tanzania.

- Proven experience in managing similar waste streams.
- Excellent customer service and communication.
- Comprehensive report on all the waste handled from our facility with records and any other evidence.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Companies expressing their interest are invited to document their request with:
- Proof of registration with the Business Registration and Licensing Agency – BRELA.
- Proof of registration with the Tanzania Revenue Authority and Tax Clearance Certificate for the latest year available
- Proof of registration/application to the EWURA Local Supplier and Services Provider (LSSP) database at the time of submission of the response to this expression of interest is strongly recommended. Compliance with Petroleum (Local Content) Regulation, 2017 and Local Company Definition for Tanzania.
- Latest filled Annual Returns together with the payment receipt.
- Copies of government issued IDs for all shareholders.
- Company policies and procedures i.e. HSE, AML, Human Rights etc.
- Recent Audited Financial statements.
- Current and Past references; relevant experience.
Companies which have the ability, capacity and resources to implement the activities listed above should express their interest by sending together with the documents stated in the above section through an email to TZ009-info.supplier@eals.co.tz (maximum email size 20Mb) on or before 15:00 hours East African Time (EAT), on 28/02/2024 deadline. Note: E.A.L.S Limited will review and assess the documents provided by the interested companies to derive a list of prequalified companies. Only prequalified companies will receive, subject to signature of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), invitation to submit bids in furtherance of the call for tender process. All Expression of Interests should be submitted in the English Language.
E.A.L.S Limited reserves the right not to consider companies that submit an incomplete dossier.
