Job Purpose: The Main Objectives to Be Achieved by Universe Advanced Technologies Limited
JOB DESCRIPTION
To learn the following job description: –
- Provide a professional service, ensuring a high level of support at all times
- Providing first-line support, liaising with the ICT at UAT at all times.
- Manage and secure data information, systems operation, database, and infrastructures
- Network management, software development, and Information Securities practices.
- Train consultants/staff on IT security awareness and proper use of hardware and software
- Assess the effectiveness of technology resources already in use or new systems being implemented. Additionally, to determine the practicality of changes and modifications.
- Work with external partners, including consultants, agencies, and vendors, to arrive at the most appropriate system or integration of multiple systems.
- ICT audit, advisory, consulting, and quality assurance
- Follow maintenance protocols to ensure the system and hardware are secure and ready for users.
- Design, operate, and deployment of servers, directories, wireless, backups, IT technology products, and personal devices.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and fix IT devices, systems, hardware, and software.
- Telecom, ICT Security contractors, ICT media, and web technologies
- Install, maintain, upgrade, and repair a wide range of ICT equipment and software.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Areas of study for this field include computer science, information technology, information technology management and computer engineering or any related field from a recognized institution
