Key Responsibilities:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
10%
  • Develop daily Chute distribution plan
End Results
  • Daily distribution plan developed and shared with key Supervisor
50%
  • Supervise food scooping process to ensure a beneficiary gets right entitlement
End Results
  • Beneficiaries get right entitlement (Refer to FBM reports)
10%
  • Manage food allocated to his/her chute as standards
End Results
  • Food handling principles adhered too
10%
  • Supervise Scoopers assigned to the chute
End Results
  • Quality services rendered

  • Compile food distribution report

  • Quality reports compiled and submitted

  • Supervise chute cleanliness

  • Chute is clean always

  • Participate into food prepositioning exercises

KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE
Required Professional Experience
  • One-year experience in working with humanitarian operations,
  • Experience in handling commodities management
  • Experience in working with refugee programs
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
  • Training in commodities management, response trainings.
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
  • Advanced diploma in Accountant, Procurement, Community Economy Development
  • Degree is an added value

Travel and/or Work Environment Requirement
Refugee camps

Physical Requirements
Should be physically fit

English and Swahili
