Rinaz Proper Consult Co Ltd (RPCL) is a Multisectoral focused consulting firm with diverse technical offerings and a wide geographic reach. It is a limited liability Company incorporated under Cap 212 of the Laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
The Company is duly registered with a Certificate of Incorporation under the Companies Act, 2002 on 14th February, 2023 vide Certificate of Incorporation No.163283816 in the name of Rinaz Proper Consult Co Ltd.
RPCL is an indigenous enterprise wholly owned by highly qualified and experienced Tanzanian professionals comprising of Directors of long standing experience in the field of Property Valuation, Fixed Asset Register & Codification, Property Management & Space Marketing, Land Administration, Collateral Management & Auction and Mortgage registration.
RPCL, hereby looks for qualified and experienced Valuers to fill the following important posts;
Valuers
Job Title: Valuer
Number of Posts: 08
Job Title category:
Job Purpose: Valuation of all landed properties for various purposes
Reports to: Head of Valuation Department (HoD Valuation)
Main Responsibilities:
Physical verification & inspection of the property under appraisal
Conduct due diligence of all legal documents
Writing detailed Valuation reports
Performing any other duties as assigned by the HoD Valuation

Job Purpose: Valuation of all landed properties for various purposes

Knowledge and Skills:
- Conversant with our Company’s history
- Ability to deal professionally, confidently, and effectively with Valuation clients at all levels, internally and externally
- Ability to adopt to our Company’s Core Values and Culture
- A comprehensive knowledge of Tanzanian real estate industry
- Detailed knowledge of consumer buying behavior, marketing techniques and evolving dynamics.
- A good understanding of legislations related to Valuation practices and channel delivery ∙ Communication skills both written and oral
- Standard Computer skills
- Good interpersonal and networking skills
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to explain and handle complex information clearly and simply.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Must be registered by the Valuers Registration Board (VRB)
- Bachelor Degree for Valuer II or Diploma level for Technician Valuer in Land Management and Valuation from a recognized training institution
- A minimum of 1 year of working experience in Valuation industry
- Ability to keep abreast of industry changes in both the business and marketing environments
