Requirements for Subcontractors:
Interested subcontractors should meet the following criteria:
• Proven expertise in the relevant engineering field.
• Demonstrated success in completing projects on time and within budget.
• Adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Emphasis on safety and commitment to quality.

How to Apply:
Interested subcontractors with relevant experience are invited to submit “expression of interest” and the submission should include but not limited to the following information. Company registration documents: Provide a copy of your company’s official registration documents to demonstrate legal status and eligibility for subcontracting.
Certified particulars of company directors and secretaries, include current contact details, phone numbers and email addresses.
Taxation particulars (include last six month VAT returns and current tax clearance certificate) Company profile: Include a detailed company profile highlighting your expertise, experience, methodology and capabilities in the relevant engineering field.
Key personnel information:
- Provide information on key personnel, including resumes or curriculum vitae (CVs), showcasing their
- qualifications and experience relevant to the subcontracting opportunity, (Quantity surveyor is an added advantage)
- List of company clients during the past 5years (Proof of similar services. Projects, say project sign off documents and client recommendation letters)
- Proof of works and staff insurance.
- Trading license
- Construction and engineering certifications.
- Statement of financial capacity (for the past three years)
- Company health, safety and environment policy.
The selected companies after review of the EOI will be contacted, contracted and certified to participate in the bidding process.

Note:
1. Fabec Investment Limited reserves the right in Fabec’s sole discretion, irrespective
of compliance to assess and select subcontractors based on qualifications and
suitability for specific projects.
2. Canvassing, Lobbying and Influence peddling will lead to disqualification of your
company.
3. Incomplete applications may not be considered.
