Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Marketing and Sales Manager to manage the marketing and sales operations of our company.The role will be based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copyrighting, and performance analysis.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard-copy brochures and case studies.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

Requirement for Role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business administration or other related field.
- Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- 5-8 years’ experience working in marketing field or in a related role.
- Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
Skills and abilities:
- Proven experience in a marketing field or in a related role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
