JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose and Summary
Reporting to Marketing manager, Receptionists are usually good multitasks who possess a number of different skills that enable them to function effectively in their position.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities will be to:
- Greeting visitors
- Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
- Transferring calls as necessary
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time
- Managing meeting room availability
- Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail
- Preparing vouchers
- Handling transcription, printing, photocopying and faxing
- Recording and maintaining office expenses
- Handling travel arrangements
- Coordinating internal and external events
- Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture
- Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers
- Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- Associate or Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in communications or business
- Familiarity with multi-line telephone systems
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office and typing

Job Purpose and Summary
we are looking for passionate sales and marketing officers to join our sales team. The sales and marketing officers’ responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our database and meeting sales targets
Specific Duties and Responsibilities will be to:
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Building and maintaining a client’s database.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- Diploma/Degree holder -Marketing /Sales or any relevant
- Skilled sales & marketing professional/practitioner
- Previous experience in similar or related roles of at least 1+ years
- Skilled communicator, negotiator and influence
- Able to operate independently within broad Company guidelines, but also a team player
- Delivers results and enjoys working with challenging targets
