We are currently offering an opportunity to join us as Agency Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building up business by identifying new markets from agencies and brokers and sell products to them.
- Must be able to maintain relationships with clients, build and maintain relationships with new clients.
- Need to stay ahead of competition and work on sharpening and improving skills in sales and marketing by attending classes, seminars, or workshops.
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies by researching and generating business leads from Agencies and brokerages.
- Responsible for creating new business leads and achievement of individua sales assigned targets.
- Stay current with marketing trends and identify improvements to client needs ahead of the competitors.
- Contacting potential and existing customers, agencies, and brokerages on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Assure implementing the company’s core values regulations, and quality management, visit and signing contracts with agency and brokers.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in sales /marketing /business administration or any other field related to sales and marketing.
- Should have insurance background degree minimum CoP or Diploma in insurance.
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or any field.
- Good communication and negotiation skills and problem-solving skills

We are currently offering an opportunity to join us as a Unit Manager Sales
Responsibilities:
- Promote the Life Insurance products of the company
- Carrying out need analysis of the customer
- Building relationships with new and existing customers
- Create awareness on the need of Life insurance to people
- Should be able to meet the project target on new business and renewals
- Proactive and follow up with the prospective customers for new business and Cross selling
- Should be able to attend periodic training on new products
- Customer Centric and maintain the ethics of the Company
- Should be able to maintain more than 90% persistency on sourced policies by continuous follow up
- Maintain Value, Vision and Mission of the company throughout his/her association with the company
- Maintain Sales compliance in all business sourced
Qualifications and Experience
- Must have insurance qualification, CoP, diploma or degree.
- Must have experience in sales and marketing
- Should be 27 years and above who have entrepreneurial mind set
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills (Essential)
- Should be fluent in English and Kiswahili (Essential)
- Experience in interacting with customers with high convincing power
