Job Position: Sales Supervisors (05)
Location: DSM
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Drive the sales team towards meeting and exceeding planned sales goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to establish individual sales targets, aligning with overall organizational objectives.
- Lead, supervise, and evaluate the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing department to optimize lead generation efforts and ensure a seamless sales and marketing alignment.
- Conduct ongoing training sessions for the sales team to enhance skills and product knowledge.
- Actively promote the organization and its products to enhance brand visibility and market presence.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 2+ years of experience in FMCG industry.
- Male candidates are preffered.
- Strong understanding of fast-moving products markets.
- Excellent ability to read, write and speak English language fluently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
