Job Position: Recruitment Officer (01)

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best talent for various positions within the organization.
- Communicate with potential candidates, providing information about the company, job opportunities, and the recruitment process.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and interviewers.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Assist in HR functions as needed, contributing to a cohesive and effective human resources department.

Qualifications:|
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar field.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using Google Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent ability to read, write and speak English language fluently.
